What was the highlight of Hotel Spa La Terrassa

Pleasant and convenient stay at the town center

The breakfast was delicious, fresh, tasty, and filling. The location was perfect for our needs, right in the center within walking distance from the sports complex where the competition took place.

There is no free parking anywhere close and the only option is hotel parking at 7 euro per day during the low season. I would guess it is at least double during the season.

Location and staff is great. The gym is super ok.

The breakfast is reasonable. Too many unhealthy options, too many carbs. The cakes and sweets were not good. Little variety for those who don't eat processed/industrialized food. Parking was outside the hotel. Not very far, but keep in mind to leave your bags at the hotel first and only then park.

Excellent choice of hotel for central location and good facilities.

Excellent value for money in all respects. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom very good. Buffet breakfast excellent. Location could not be better. Shops, restaurants, bars all on doorstep and beach just a few minutes away.

Fantastic breakfast, room and staff. Great value and location.

The room was very clean and modern with a good setup of bathroom. The staff were really friendly and I was able to use the shower after checking out to wash the sea from my hair. Breakfast was great as well.

The spa facility changing room was a bit stuffy and could do with updating but honestly, it's nothing to complain about given my lovely stay.

Pleasant stay

The family room is a great size and comfortable. The breakfast service is great. Even 15 minutes before 11 o'clock they still make sure that everything is stocked. Super

The keycards of the parking and rooms did not work after 3 days even though we had a 5 days stay. So just slightly annoyed when I needed to walk back and forth to the parking lot. And after getting another card even that did not work. So that was the only thing I did not like.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very well located with restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a post office and everything you need around. The personal was very helpful and friendly. The lounge was very nicely done.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better. I did find hair and especially dust around the shower walls. Fairly pricey.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by the room size!! Really good space for a family of 4! Enjoyed the air con!! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was extremely tasty and great variety catering for all tastes.

The location of the room - was extremely loud outside - not ideal for a baby but out of the control of the hotel, perhaps family rooms could be moved off the Main Street? Also couldn’t turn off the balcony lights and no shutters to put over the windows for our room which made getting to sleep tricky!

Overall our stay was comfortable and the facilities were clean, the staff spoke english and were helpful and friendly an

We liked the location of the property. Overall it was the dining room and bar area were very spacious It had a great pool a medium size and spa facility. Our family room with double bed and two single beds was very spacious and had a jacuzzi bath, tv, fridge with complimentary water. It also had a balcony with two chairs. The room was cleaned everyday. There was plenty of sliding door floor to ceiling wardrobe storage with a safe and extra warm blankets and it had air conditioning. The shower was lovely and large with a rain shower head and hand held shower hose and other jets. It was conveniently situated near the shops and main high street with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the beach no more than a 5 minute walk.

In places it was a little dated the ceiling tiles in the dining room were a bit like in an office and the pool decking was in need of being refurbished. The Pool area needed some attention. There were some cracked sun loungers. When we first arrived the room we were given on check in smelt of musty cigarettes. The Front of house tried to send a cleaner to use an air freshener in the room but it wasn’t working just trying to mask the smell. We had two children one with asthma so I requested another room as it we wouldn’t have been able to sleep in the room with the smell. It seem the smell was coming from someone having smoked in the room and also via a vent. They tried to send someone to use a different air freshener and also it was very strong and aggravating on the lungs. They also said it was in the curtains which it wasn’t. I asked to change room but they didn’t have a room until the following day. However about half an hour later a front of house member came up and said we could change to another room which was much better and didn’t smell the same. I was pleased they helped to listen and resolve our issue .

Central and quiet.

The hotel is very central but yet very quiet. The rooms are spacious and fabulous. When you close the window, you do not hear anything from outside. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness 100%. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious. The parking is private and very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

nice hotel with spa, worth it

. + fantastic spa with sauna for €10/2hrs - need 1€ coin deposit for a locker + rich breakfast (buffet). + spacious room. + superking sized and quite comfy bed. + mini fridge. + great location, close to a beach, restaurants and a new "CraftRoom" craft beer bar.

. - small and dirty balcony. - limited English. - non-existent soundproofing - french couple having their great time at 3am, then terrible noise at 7am someone taking shower... take earplugs! - it would be great to have a small pool with cold water near finish sauna.
